The doctors are AWESOME!! So caring!! Dr Sanderson even called at night to check on Missy. She's 17 1/2 and has had issues over the last few years, but they always manage to pull her through. We know we're on borrowed time with her and treasure every day we have. Thanks to the vets there we have a few more to share. Thanks to Drs Sanderson and Tiffany!!!

Richmond veterinarian Is one of the best the staff is fantastic and Dr. Dan I cannot say enough about him. He is the most caring and loving vet he takes time with you and goes over everything with your animal and explain everything to you and is so compassionate. I highly recommend Richland veterinarian Hospital.

We love Richland Vet Hospital so much we drive 45 mins to take our kitty there! Vet tech Brenda is so sweet! Dr. Leah Trout is great! Dr. Nancy helped us out in a pinch once, too. Even when I had to call the emergency number (multiple times) everyone I spoke with was really kind and wanted to help. Since Richland Vet is in a group with other area vet offices there is always someone on the other end of the phone that knows what they're talking aboit- even in the middle of the night. The service is great and we cannot thank them enough!

Been going here for over 15 years, and have never had a bad experience. Dr. Tiffany saw our cat for years. Dr. Dan has a wonderful heart for animals, and has been an amazing person to help us with our dogs. I cannot put into words what he has meant to our family by going well above and beyond what we would have ever expected.

We’ve taken our animals here for years and they’re the best around! Dr. Tiffany always takes extra time to make our anxious animals feel safe and comfortable. We took in two new kittens today and Dr. Tiffany and the veterinary nurses were so sweet and caring! Megalodon was comfortable enough to take a little cat nap during his appointment!

A great place to take your "family" member for an annual well check or emergency visit. The staff is super nice and they care about the patient. If you need special food or medication you can call ahead and they will have it ready for you. You may even learn a few things about an animal's anatomy during a visit. A wonderful place even in the saddest of situations, the folks here can help you through it all. Super helpful and kind.

Great Veterinary group! The people who work there genuinely care both about the pet and it's owner. It's the only place I've ever had the vet get down on the floor to comfort an animal and honest the only place that really took the time to hear my concerns and reassure both me and my pet's. We had an emergency situation with another vet who wouldn't give us the light of day and called Richland Veterinary and they got us in right away even though I hadn't been there for year's after moving away. Doctor Dan is my favorite Vet. Highly recommend this place!
